8.13.04

we're completely moved into our new house, and my aunt, my sister, and her three kids are here for a 10 day visit. we've toured san francisco including a stop at EGM to see mike's sister jennie hard at work. my nephew trevor was out of his mind with happiness since his favorite things in the whole wide world are video games. the weather's been beautiful and i think they're having a good time. the kids do get bored once in awhile, but that's to be expected.

the last time i was bored was waiting for emily to be born. i certainly don't feel that kind of anticipation with this little guy. i'm excited, but i'm so busy with emily that i don't have time to dwell on what will be. in fact, i can't believe i'm already 24 weeks pregnant and have less than 4 months to go. i'm really enjoying this pregnancy and i'm treating it like it's my last, which it may very well be!

emily update she's loving hanging out with her cousins, and they're teaching her lots of stuff like how to ride around on her little tyke bike. check out the pics.

weight gain update up 2 pounds to 158.5.

pregnancy update i feel great! my sciatica has gotten much better now that we're done with the painting and moving. davida bought me a bunch of new maternity clothes for my birthday and they're making me feel good; sometimes a new dress really does the trick. here's a picture of me at 23.5 weeks:
